An unmanaged mind CREATES an unmanaged Life.
Everything I do is highly personalized.
Each session is designed around where your nervous system is at that moment, what you’re ready to explore, and what will create the most meaningful shift for you. I combine modalities thoughtfully, choosing the approaches that make the most sense in real time, so the work meets you where you are — no formulas, no assumptions, just a focus on what moves the needle for you.
Here’s a closer look at the approaches I use:
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy is a learning state — a way of slowing the brain down to what’s called theta brain waves, where information can be absorbed more easily. In this state, you can observe your thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions with more clarity, giving you greater awareness and control over how your mind and body respond. It’s not about being “hypnotized” in a stage-show sense — hypnosis isn’t something that’s done to you, it’s something you allow. We only use this modality if it feels right for you and your nervous system is ready to receive it. Each session is fully individualized, guided by what will best support you in the moment.
Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT)
Rapid Resolution Therapy is a conversational approach that uses cognitive practices to help your brain process and resolve patterns that keep you stuck. The perspective RRT is built on is that every emotion, thought, or symptom — whether it’s anxiety, rage, intrusive thoughts, or physical pain — is your brain’s way of trying to keep you safe. Your brain doesn’t care if you’re happy or sad; its primary goal is survival. Often, the brain interprets a situation as a threat and generates emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations to get you to take action. But in many cases, there’s actually nothing to solve — the brain just doesn’t know that yet. Through the practices in RRT, we guide your brain to understand that it’s safe and there’s no problem to solve, which allows stuck patterns to release naturally and often effortlessly.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based approach developed to help individuals understand and reframe chronic pain. Building upon concepts introduced by Dr. John Sarno, PRT has evolved through extensive research and clinical practice. Notably, a randomized controlled trial led by researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder demonstrated that two-thirds of participants treated with PRT reported being pain-free or nearly pain-free after treatment, compared to only 20% in the placebo group.
With PRT, we use a mix of cognitive and somatic techniques to help your brain start processing pain signals in a way that feels safe. Your brain has been interpreting certain sensations as threats, generating pain to get you to “do something” to stay safe. In these sessions, we guide your brain to recognize safety, reorganize how it processes sensations, and reduce the need to create pain to protect you. The goal is simple: we create safety within your brain, so it no longer feels like it needs to hold you in pain.
Safety in the brain is the foundation of all change.
Much of my work — whether through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, or PRT — is about helping the brain feel safe. When we push, rush, or force ourselves through discomfort, the brain interprets that as a lack of safety, which keeps both physical and emotional patterns locked in place. Sessions are paced according to what your nervous system can handle, and the clients who engage fully, practice the skills in daily life, and take agency in the process are often the ones who see lasting results. This isn’t about working harder — it’s about giving your brain the opportunity to feel safe enough to release what it no longer needs.
